Arginine, Yohimbe and Other Remedy Cure Erectile Dysfunction

You’ll consider doing just about anything when you’re living with erectile dysfunction (ED) to get your sex life back on track. Eat roots like ginseng — ok. Special juices like pomegranate — delicious drink. For a treatment like acupuncture, even becoming a human pin-cushion — bring it on.

Geo Espinosa, director of NYU Langone Medical Center’s Integrative Urological Center, says there are some natural alternatives to popular ED drugs. Take them OK with your doctor, and they can help you get an erection, and keep it. The Kamagra is the best medicine to treat ED.

These natural alternatives to ED drugs are widely used. Everyone comes in with their own set of pros and cons.

It’s said this traditional Chinese needle therapy will boost blood flow. It is used most often for treating chronic headaches and back pain. But some men have found the erectile dysfunction works.
While some studies support the claim of acupuncture to be working for ED, the evidence is rather scanty.

It is naturally found in food, relaxing the blood vessels, and being used to treat heart problems. Doctors think it boosts the circulation of the penis, but Espinosa says he doesn’t really recommend it, because the body metabolizes it so fast. “You need a lot, and you need to take it to work with frequently,” he says.
Espinosa instead suggests taking L-citrulline, which helps make your body more arginine. But high doses, he warns, can lower your blood pressure.

Korean red ginseng is a commonly used herbal remedy for EDs. That’s partly because it has been shown to do some good in studies — although researchers still can’t quite explain how it works.
“If somebody really wants a herbal supplement I’m going to recommend ginseng,” says Laborde. “At least, that won’t hurt you.”

From this fruit juice and the extract is well known for being packed with nutrients. But Espinosa says it can also help arteries expand and remain supple. While there is no real evidence that ties it to erectile dysfunction, he suggests it to his patients for the overall health benefits.

Rhodiola Rosea

This plant is also known as the “golden root” and is a relatively new herbal remedy in the USA. It has been used in Russian folk medicine for decades to boost endurance and sexual function.

The bark from that African tree has been a go-to supplement to ED for years. Some clinical trials showed improvement for people who have sexual problems due to medications for depression.
But the list of side effects includes increased blood pressure, heartbeat quick or irregular, and anxiety. Before you try it make sure that you talk to your doctor.

Ginkgo Biloba

Extracts from this tree species can boost blood flow, which is one of the best-selling herbal remedies in the US and Europe. It is widely used to treat memory and blood disorders but it is used by some people to treat ED.
